Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within igift.ai.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tithkar, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

Tithkar makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained on the igift.ai for any purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the site shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Jordan.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Jordan. Any shipments outside of Jordan are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is claimed by the giftee. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, then proceed to the checkout page.

We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size was claimed. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
The item must be reported and returned within 2 days of receipt.
The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Some items by their nature cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care goods.
To initiate an exchange, the recipient must contact us at the addresses pointed on igift.ai with details of the product and the defect or reason for exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
The recipient will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
If the exchange is approved, we will send an item of equal value as a replacement. No monetary exchange will take place.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to the recipient. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach the recipient may vary depending on the recipient’s location and the availability of the item in the shops of our venders.

Orders may be subject to a review period of [3] hours from the time of purchase during which the purchaser may request a cancellation, as long as the gift wasn’t claimed during this period. This window allows for a grace period in case of any immediate change of mind or error in ordering.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels, as provided in the website. The request should contain the order number, purchaser's name, and a valid reason for cancellation.
Cancellations are only accepted if the gift has not yet entered the claiming process. Once an order has been processed as claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders for personalized or customized gifts are final and cannot be cancelled once they have entered the customization process.
Upon approval of a cancellation request, the purchaser will receive a confirmation message. If payment has already been processed, igift.ai will issue a credit to the purchaser's account for use on future orders. No cash refunds will be issued.
If the recipient wishes to cancel a gift, they may do so by contacting igift.ai with the provided gift code/link before receiving the gift. In such cases, the gift shall be considered donated.
igift.ai will not be liable for the cancellation of any order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, carrier delays, or unexpected supply shortages.
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the date of the change.
